Aircraft Safety

During every flight, there are some aircraft safety pamphlets that are provided to the passengers on the flight. These pamphlets are expected to be read by all the passengers present on the flight. These aircraft safety pamphlets inform the passengers about various safety rules that must be obeyed by the passengers in order to ensure safety. The aircraft safety pamphlets are provided to the passengers, but they cannot be forced to go through it. Going through it or obeying the rules totally depends upon them. Therefore, in order to ensure their safety, the passengers will have to be conscious themselves.

The aircraft safety pamphlet contains the safety measures in the following terms:

  1.      The light weight hand luggage is required to be placed in the space [provided overhead or at the feet underneath the seat in front of the seat. This ensures aircraft safety as well as provides more space as the legroom.
  2.      The passengers are not allowed to smoke inside the cabin in order to ensure aircraft safety. Smoking may lead to the unavoidable harmful circumstances on the flight therefore, it must be avoided.
  3.      The seat belt must be fastened whenever it is asked to but it is better to fasten it throughout the flight.
  4.      The bassinets must be requested for by the passengers if they are carrying their babies. These will help the people with different facilities that are provided for the aircraft safety of their children.
  5.      The footrests that are provided to the passengers must be ensured to be stowed with takeoffs and landings.
  6.      In order to ensure aircraft safety, and according to the safety legislation, the seats need to be returned to their upright positions and the tables are needed to be stowed during the takeoffs and landings.
  7.      The passengers are requested to be seated even after the aircraft lands till the seat belt sign is switched off by the captain.
