Aircraft cost:
Many important variables affect the aircraft costs concerned in owning and working business aircraft. The numbers of the cost of different sources are very different to evaluate. No two operators trail aircraft costs in exactly the same way. Some manufacturers no longer issue their aircraft costs. The Aircraft Cost Evaluator applies the same view rules to every aircraft listed and tries to abolish as many variables as possible. This provides a practical picture of the relative aircraft costs associated with operating each of the aircraft listed. Conklin and de Decker reports try to present a complete aircraft cost picture of each aircraft as it relates to other similar aircraft.
Each analysis of this aircraft cost is separated to show Direct Costs, Fixed Costs and an Annual Budget. The Annual Budget, in turn, is shown from three perspectives. The first gives all aircraft costs including typical book reduction. The second shows all aircraft costs with no depreciation, which is very sensible in evaluating a new aircraft. The third shows all aircraft costs with market reduction instead of book reduction.
Fuel expenditure and block speeds are one of the major aircraft cost. They were computed at usual cruise speeds with ten minutes ground time and ground fuel. All repairs aircraft costs assume that the manufacturers recommended maintenance programs will be followed. The work will be done by a good, qualified service facility. The aircraft costs include both scheduled and unscheduled repairs. These aircraft costs represent a 10 year average to cover warranty and an older aircraft. Engine Restoration aircraft coast for each aircraft are based on a 10 year standard of the Jet Support Services, Incorporated Complete program. JSSI independent engine repairs program covers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of all required inspections and overhauls, airworthiness orders, examine bulletins, loaner engines and S.O.A.P. checks.
